Laura & Richard had their wedding at Holmes Mill, an amazingly quirky venue, on one of the hottest days of the year. I had such an amazing day with this lovely couple and their fun-loving family and friends!
ABOUT HOLMES MILL
Based in the heart of Clitheroe, Holmes Mill is a unique celebration of Lancashire food, drink, and entertainment. Featuring a beer hall, hotel, food hall and much more, this former textiles mill is the perfect place to indulge, unwind and explore.
An early 19th Century Cotton Mill rescued from decay and destruction and transformed into the most incredible and wholly unique wedding venue in the North West. The ambitious restoration project has taken over three years to complete but what a restoration it has been. They’ve kept as many of the original features as possible to create a space that wears its bumps and bruises with pride.
The disused complex is now home to the Bowland Brewery, and it’s simply an amazing Beer Hall. There’s a Food Hall focusing on the finest local produce and a fabulous 39-bedroom hotel in the old Spinning Block.
The Cotton Room at Holmes Mill is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and looks stunning set with our reclaimed cinema seating. We can accommodate up to 150 guests for your civil ceremony and 180 guests for your evening reception.
