A Summertime Country House Wedding
This is a fantastic traditional summertime wedding that took place in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. The bride got ready at her family home with her bridal party, whilst the groom prepared himself for the day, in a house nearby, surrounded by his friends.

St Andrews Church In Great Ness
The couple got married at St Andrews Church in Great Ness. This beautiful 11th-century sandstone church, though added to at least three times, including a 15th-century pegged roof, has had people constantly worshipping here for a thousand years.

A Marquee Garden Reception
After the church ceremony, the couple returned to their family home to enjoy drinks and canapes on the lawn with a Jazz band softly playing in the background. A local airshow was taking place and one of the biplanes wizzed around the sky over the house, delighting the guests as he practiced his routine. We took the couple for a wander around the gardens of the house for portraits before they were called for dinner in the marquee.

An Evening In The Sunshine
After dinner, the couple relaxed with their guests and enjoyed the warm evening sunshine. Once their band was ready, the couple took to the floor to enjoy their first dance before their guests joined and the party really began. We finished the day with a wander into a nearby field for some final portraits in the golden evening sunshine.
