Red Hall Hotel Wedding Photography with Susan & Mike. I first met Suzie a good few years ago, I was working a part-time job to pay my way through Uni and she was a colleague of mine. So I was thrilled when she asked me to join her and Mike for their wedding at the Red Hall Hotel, a lovely venue set within the gorgeous Lancashire countryside.
I arrived on the day to bright warm sunshine and thanked the weather gods for their good work. Suzie was in her suite with her bridesmaids, relaxing and preparing for the day ahead. I took some time to shoot all the lovely details of what the bride would be wearing for the day before meeting up with Mike who was also getting ready at the hotel.
Spring Wedding In Lancashire
After the ceremony, we took some time out to shoot some family groups and portraits in the sunshine before the wedding breakfast. After speeches and dinner, the couple enjoyed an evening of chatting and relaxing. We wandered into the countryside a little for some evening portraits in the golden sun before returning for the party.
It was soon time for the couple’s first dance, their family and friends soon joined them on the dance floor. As darkness was approaching, I took the couple outside for their final portrait before leaving them to enjoy their evening together.
