Mottram Hall Wedding Photography with Carissa & Matthew. As a recommended wedding supplier, it’s always a pleasure to take Mottram Hall wedding photos through the different seasons of the year. When I first met Carissa & Matthew, we chatted through their Mottram Hall Wedding Photography ideas and I knew what an amazing day and (even more importantly) what an awesome party they had planned! Spending the morning with Carissa and her girls was great fun, there was a great deal of excitement and laughter going around.
It’s always great when both the bride and groom get ready at the venue on the morning of the wedding, it means that I can spend a little time with them both. I can capture some preparation details and moments that each of them won’t have seen and it’ll mean a little bit more to their wedding day story. Having my great friend Stefan from YSD Media on videography duty is always a bonus, we can bounce ideas off each other and have a bit of banter throughout the day.
Decor By Lasting Memories Wedding and Events
Another great friend of mine is Alison from Lasting Memories Wedding and Events. Being another of Mottram Hall’s recommended suppliers, she was on hand to decorate the St Andrews Suite for the wedding ceremony. Using an abundance of candles, storm lanterns, reusable flowers and a large archway, she created an unforgettable setting for Carissa & Matthew’s wedding ceremony.
Drinks And Portraits In The Gardens At Mottram Hall
Guests took photos & selfies with the couple at the reception whilst enjoying drinks and delicious canapes. The afternoon was full of amazing energy and joyful laughter. Chasing each wonderful moment is my mission as a wedding photographer. The more early Spring weddings I shoot, the more I enjoy them. The sun came out for the day, which was a blessing, and made the photographs really sing.
Krispy Kreme Doughnut Wedding Favours
I mean you can’t get a better wedding favor than a Krispy Kreme Doughnut alongside an always delicious Mottram Hall wedding breakfast meal. Peter the Toastmaster (another great friend) roused the guests to welcome Carissa & Matthew to their wedding meal. After a round of speeches and then the wedding dinner itself, the couple and their guests retired back to the wedding breakfast to await the preparations for the wedding party. The sun was setting beautifully over the golf course so we took the couple for a quick wander into the setting sunshine.
A Party By Lee Knight Wedding DJ
When the St Andrews suite was ready for the evening celebrations, DJ Lee Knight from Knights Of Disco introduced the bridal party who then danced their way into the party. This was followed by Carissa & Matthew who cut their amazing wedding cake and took to the floor to perform their first dance as man and wife. I have to say that the atmosphere for this party was pretty amazing and the couple danced for hours with their family and friends. One of the best wedding parties of the year so far!
So a Massive Congratulations to Carissa & Matthew, it’s been a pleasure to get to know you both and join you on your wedding day. Thanks so much for having me as your Mottram Hall wedding photographer!!
