Hilltop Country House Wedding Photography – Megan & Paul

Hilltop Country House Wedding Photography with Megan & Paul. It’s always a pleasure to spend a fantastic day at venues you know well and are great friends with the owners, the Gardner Family. My Saturday back in July was very much one of those days when I joined Megan & Paul for their Hilltop Country House Wedding Photography. Their ceremony was at the very grand St Thomas Church in Henbury before celebrating with their family and friends at Hilltop Country House a beautiful & quirky country house in Prestbury.

I spent the morning with Megan and her family at Hilltop. With 4 bridesmaids, there was as you can imagine plenty of stuff going on, however, the level of coordination was pretty impressive! Everyone was ready on time and Megan made it to the church in record time, I do love an early bride!

St Thomas Church In Henbury Wedding Ceremony

I did race ahead to meet up with Paul who was busy greeting the guests and running through some last-minute preparations with his groomsmen. The couple’s ceremony was very lighthearted, with lots of smiles and heartfelt glances at each other. After the formal part of their day, they exited the church into a flurry of confetti and congratulatory hugs.

Arriving in style in their quirky Morris Minor wedding car, the couple spent a relaxing afternoon in the gardens of the house. We had a lovely bit of sunshine, a little prosecco, and some delicious canapés. I also took Megan & Paul for a quick spin around the beautiful gardens for some portraits, Hilltop Country House wedding photos are always amazing! Dinner was soon called and the guests enjoyed a round of speeches before a delicious meal.

An Amazing Party In The Hilltop Marquee

After the meal, the couple and their guests spent a relaxed evening at the hotel. Their wedding breakfast room was prepared for the evening and their DJ was prepared to spin the tunes. Soon after, Megan & Paul cut their amazing wedding cake before taking to the floor for their first dance. Family and friends joined them and kept the dance floor full for the rest of the night.

So Huge Congratulations to Megan & Paul, it was a pleasure to spend the day with you both.
