Preparations In The Farmhouse
I began the day with Sarah who had taken over the main farmhouse with her family and friends. She spent the morning enjoying good company and preparing herself for the day ahead. Luke arrived a few hours later with his groomsmen, greeted the couple’s guests and eagerly awaited their ceremony. It was about this time that the heavens opened, but everyone was well prepared for the outdoor ceremony with brollies and good humor.
Outdoor Ceremony By The Lake
The music began, the bridesmaids led the procession and Sarah made her way down the aisle to Luke, flanked by her extremely proud Grandad. After a blustery but fun and joyful ceremony, the couple completed the formal part of their day and made their way back up the aisle to begin their life together as man and wife. After everyone had sprinted to the safety of the marquee, we paused for some family groups before stealing the couple away form some portraits around the gorgeous farmhouse.

Sarah & Luke were then formally welcomed to their wedding breakfast and sat to enjoy their delicious food. I joined the party in time for the speeches which were followed by the couple cutting their wedding cake and concluding their meal.
Evening Celebrations
As the evening’s celebration ramped up, Sarah & Luke greeted their evening guests before taking to the dance floor. They were soon joined by their family and friends who found no excuse to dance and enjoy themselves. Just before we left the couple, the rain stopped so we ran out and grabbed the chance for a final portrait out on the patio.
