Browsholme Hall Wedding Photography – Louise & Simon

Browsholme Hall wedding photography is always a pleasure to shoot. It’s the perfect year-round wedding venue with its vast estate, gardens, and lake, its characterful main hall, and the rustic Tithe barn too. Louise & Simon planned for a wonderfully cozy and romantic wedding at Browsholme Hall, they had booked a date just before Christmas which added some seasonal excitement and the added bonus of wintery decorations.

I started the day with Louise who was preparing herself in the Mews Cottage surrounded by her family and friends. Simon arrived soon after so I grabbed the chance to spend a little time with them both before their ceremony began. The atmosphere was friendly and excited for the day ahead, Louise was dressed with the help of her mum and bridesmaids before an emotional dress reveal to her dad.

The wedding guests were soon gathered in the beautifully decorated Tythe Barn for the couple’s ceremony. The bridal party walked up the aisle along with honorary K9 members, Daisey & Sam, followed by the bride Louise, and her Dad. After a lovely ceremony filled with laughter and some heartfelt moments, the couple walked back up the aisle as man and wife before exiting the barn into a flurry of confetti and enjoying a drinks reception and hugs of congratulations with their guests.

Wedding Portraits Around Browsholme Hall

Louise & Simon had been well aware of the lovely British winter weather possibilities and had booked one of the stunning rooms in the main Hall for some family formals and portraits together. Luckily the weather was on our side for the day but we made good use of the beautiful light and surroundings of the hall before having a wander up to the main lake. Again being massively good sports, Louise & Simon jumped in one of the rowing boats and took it for a quick spin around the gorgeous lake.

Wine-Themed Wedding Breakfast In The Tithe Barn

The couple had decided on a wine and gin theme for their wedding breakfast celebrations with gold-painted bottles along with unique floral decor. They had given out scratch cards for wedding favors and kept a cozy candlelit atmosphere. Once the guests were seated, they welcomed Louise & Simon to their wedding breakfast before enjoying a round of speeches and a delicious meal.

Sparklers And Lake Side Portraits

After dinner, the couple exited their wedding breakfast and into a sparkler guard of honor from their guests, something that’s always pretty magical to experience and best done before it gets too late into the evening if you get my meaning… The couple then took to the floor for their first dance and their guests joined them for the rest of the evening and gave them an awesome party to remember!

So a Huge Congratulations and Thank You to Louise & Simon for having me with you, I had an ace day as your Browsholme Hall Wedding Photographer!
