Wedding Photographer & Content Creator Cheshire | Lee Brown
Wedding Photography + 4K Content Creation — All From One Person
You shouldn’t have to choose between beautiful wedding photography and having all those brilliant little moments captured on video.
I’m Lee, a Cheshire wedding photographer and wedding content creator, and my approach combines professional documentary wedding photography with 4K video content captured throughout your day.
And the best bit?
Content creation is included within my main wedding photography package.
Alongside your professionally edited wedding photographs, you’ll receive 100–200 short 4K video clips capturing the moments, reactions, chaos, laughter and little things happening around you.
No additional content creator following you around.
No extra supplier to organise.
No turning your wedding into a film set.
Just natural wedding photography and video content captured together while you get on with having an incredible day.
Natural Wedding Photography Without the Awkward Posing
I’ve been photographing weddings professionally since 2009 and have photographed more than 800 weddings across Cheshire, Manchester, the UK and internationally.
My style is predominantly documentary.
For around 95% of your wedding day, nothing is staged or posed.
I’m looking for the real stuff.
Your bridesmaids trying not to cry during the morning.
Your dad’s reaction when he sees you.
Your best mate absolutely destroying you during his speech.
Your grandparents dancing.
Someone doing something questionable with a tie around their head at 10pm.
Those moments are what make your wedding yours.
Of course, we’ll still get the important family photographs and spend a short amount of time creating some brilliant portraits of the two of you. I just don’t believe you should disappear from your own wedding for hours to do it.
Great wedding photography. No fuss.
And now there’s video too.
Wedding Photography + 4K Content Creation
One of the biggest changes I’ve made to my wedding photography package is including wedding content creation as part of the day.
While I’m photographing your wedding, I’ll also capture short video clips in 4K using an iPhone 17 Pro.
These aren’t heavily directed TikToks or endless staged transitions.
They’re natural snippets of your wedding as it actually happened.
That might include:
- Morning preparations
- The dress and details
- Bridesmaids and groomsmen
- Guests arriving
- Walking down the aisle
- Reactions during the ceremony
- Confetti
- Drinks reception
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Couple portraits
- Speeches
- Golden-hour portraits
- Cake cutting
- First dance
- Guests partying
- All the random moments happening in between
By the end of the wedding, I’ll usually have captured around 100–200 individual video clips alongside your photographs.
So instead of waking up the following morning with nothing but a slightly questionable headache and whatever your guests managed to record, you’ll know there’s a huge collection of professional photographs and video memories coming your way.
100–200 Wedding Video Clips
Most couples receive somewhere between 100 and 200 short video clips from their wedding day.
Some are just a few seconds long. Others capture complete little moments and interactions.
Together they give you a completely different perspective on the wedding.
Photography freezes a moment.
Video lets you hear it and experience it again.
The laughter.
The cheering.
Your friends’ voices.
The atmosphere during the speeches.
Your guests singing on the dance floor.
The noise as you walk through your confetti line.
And because I’m already there photographing everything, the content is captured naturally alongside your photography rather than turning the day into a separate video production.
Your Wedding Content Delivered Within 48 Hours
You won’t have to wait weeks to see it.
I’ll curate your wedding content and deliver the video clips via an online download link, usually within 48 hours of your wedding.
That means while everyone is still messaging you, tagging you in photographs and talking about the day, you’ve already got a collection of high-quality 4K footage to enjoy.
You can keep the clips exactly as they are or use them to create:
- Instagram Reels
- TikToks
- Stories
- Highlight videos
- Anniversary posts
- Behind-the-scenes edits
Or just keep them privately as memories.
There’s absolutely no requirement to post any of it online.
It’s your wedding and your footage.
Full Wedding Ceremony Coverage
If you haven’t booked a traditional wedding videographer, I can also film your wedding ceremony in full.
This is something I particularly wanted to offer because the ceremony is one of the few parts of a wedding you simply can’t recreate.
Hearing the vows again is completely different from seeing photographs of them.
The laughter.
The shaky voices.
The readings.
The reactions.
And occasionally the registrar trying desperately to keep everyone under control.
Having the ceremony recorded gives you something you’ll be able to return to years after the wedding.
And because I’m already there as your photographer, you don’t necessarily need another supplier or camera crew.
Your Wedding Speeches Filmed in Full
The same applies to your speeches.
If you don’t have a dedicated videographer, I can record your wedding speeches in full.
Speeches are one of my favourite parts of a wedding because absolutely anything can happen.
They’re funny, embarrassing, emotional and occasionally completely unhinged.
Photographs capture the reactions brilliantly.
Video captures the words that caused them.
Having both gives you the complete story.
Optional 5–10 Minute Wedding Highlight Film
Want something more polished?
You can also add an edited wedding highlight film for £500.
Using footage captured throughout the wedding, I can create a 5–10 minute film telling the story of your day.
Rather than simply handing over hundreds of clips, the highlight film brings together some of the best moments into something you can sit down and watch from beginning to end.
It’s perfect if you love the idea of having a wedding film but don’t necessarily want a large traditional videography production.
The edited highlight film is optional, so you can decide whether it’s something you’d like to add.
Drone Photography Included
Where the weather, location and flight restrictions allow, I can also use my drone during your wedding.
Drone photography is included within my wedding photography package.
Cheshire has some incredible wedding venues, and sometimes the only way to properly show their scale and surroundings is from the air.
Drone coverage can include:
- Aerial photographs of your wedding venue
- The venue and surrounding countryside
- Creative photographs of the two of you
- Guests outside the venue
- Aerial video clips
- Establishing footage for your wedding film
Drone photography is always dependent on suitable weather conditions, location and the relevant flight restrictions and permissions.
If everything lines up, though, it’s another completely different perspective on your wedding day.
Do I Still Need a Wedding Videographer?
Possibly.
What I offer isn’t intended to completely replace a dedicated cinematic wedding videographer for couples who want a full traditional wedding film.
A specialist videographer will usually use multiple professional video cameras, microphones and dedicated filmmaking equipment to produce a more extensive cinematic film.
If that’s important to you, book a videographer.
I’m very happy working alongside them.
But lots of couples don’t necessarily want that.
You might mainly want amazing photographs but still love the idea of having the movement, voices and atmosphere of your wedding captured.
That’s exactly where my photography and content package comes in.
You get your professional wedding photography as the priority, while also receiving a substantial collection of 4K video memories.
And if you don’t have a videographer, I can additionally capture your ceremony and speeches in full.
It’s essentially a middle ground between photography only and employing a complete photography and videography team.
Is Wedding Content Creation the Same as Wedding Videography?
Not quite.
Traditional wedding videography is centred around creating a professionally produced wedding film.
Wedding content creation is much more immediate.
It’s about capturing lots of shorter moments throughout the wedding.
The footage tends to feel informal, natural and behind-the-scenes.
That’s one reason it works so well alongside my documentary photography.
I’m already watching for moments.
I’m already looking for reactions.
I’m already anticipating what’s about to happen.
Sometimes the best way to capture something is a photograph.
Sometimes it’s video.
Now I can give you both.
Why Have One Person Capture Photography and Content?
Weddings can become surprisingly crowded with cameras.
Photographer.
Second photographer.
Videographer.
Second videographer.
Content creator.
Suddenly your intimate wedding morning looks like the press conference after an FA Cup final.
Having photography and content creation captured together helps keep things simple.
There are fewer suppliers to coordinate and fewer people surrounding you.
More importantly, my approach doesn’t change just because I’m capturing video.
I still want your wedding to feel like a wedding.
Not a photoshoot.
Not a content day.
And definitely not a film set.
A Cheshire Wedding Photographer With 800+ Weddings of Experience
Experience matters.
Since becoming a professional wedding photographer in 2009, I’ve photographed more than 800 weddings.
I’ve photographed tiny intimate ceremonies, enormous celebrations, church weddings, civil ceremonies, Jewish weddings, multicultural weddings, city-centre celebrations, country estates, barns and destination weddings.
I’ve worked in blazing sunshine.
I’ve worked in sideways Cheshire rain.
I’ve photographed weddings running perfectly to schedule and weddings where the schedule disappeared somewhere around lunchtime.
Very little surprises me anymore.
That experience means I can concentrate on what’s actually happening rather than constantly trying to manufacture photographs.
It’s also why I’ve been able to introduce video content without completely changing how I work.
The wedding still comes first.
Wedding Photographer & Content Creator Across Cheshire
I’m based in the North West and regularly photograph weddings throughout Cheshire, Manchester and the surrounding areas, as well as weddings across the UK and internationally.
I’ve photographed weddings at many of Cheshire’s best-known venues, including places such as Mottram Hall, Sandhole Oak Barn, Styal Lodge, Statham Lodge, Merrydale Manor, Colshaw Hall, Stock Farm, Grange Barn, Alcumlow Wedding Barn and The Holford Estate.
Knowing a venue is incredibly useful.
I understand where the light works.
I know which locations photograph beautifully.
I know where we can go if it rains.
And importantly, I know how to create great photographs without dragging you away from your guests for half the wedding.
